What is the return and exchange policy?
We accept returns, however we do not accept returns for refunds. We allow returns for store credit within 5 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered. Please note that customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. Clearance/Sale items are final sale, no exceptions.
** We do not honor refunds. You may exchange an eligible order for STORE CREDIT ONLY. **
Return INSTRUCTIONS:
- Must email GlowGlitzyinfo@gmail.com for return approval.
- Please include your order number in the initial email.
- Merchandise must be returned within 5 days from the date the tracking number states it was delivered
- Merchandise must be unworn.
- Accessories, bodysuits, intimates, white clothing or items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE.
- All Sale/Clearance/Promotional Items are FINAL SALE.
Store Credit:
- Store Credit can only be used online at our website, www.GlowGlizty.com
- Store Credit is Non-Transferrable.
- Store Credit will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item.
- Maintain track of your return parcel.
- Store credit is issued after your returned is RECEIVED.
- You will be issued a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card.
- Maintaining track of status is the responsibility of the customer.
- Store Credit does not expire.
** All returned items are inspected before a Store Credit can be processed, so please ensure that the items are in new, unworn, and unwashed condition; to include being free of smells, stains, makeup, deodorant, and/or bodily fluids. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. **
DAMAGES:
- In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 2 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
- You have 5 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a store credit to be honored.
